The First Muslim - the story of Muhammad (P.B.U.H)

The First Muslim - the story of Muhammad (P.B.U.H)

Muhammad’s was a life of almost unparalleled historical importance; yet for all the iconic power of his name, the intensely dramatic story of the prophet of Islam is not well known. In The First Muslim, Lesley Hazleton brings him vibrantly to life. Drawing on early eyewitness sources and on history, politics, religion, and psychology, she renders him as a man in full, in all his complexity and vitality. Hazleton’s account follows the arc of Muhammad’s rise from powerlessness to power, from anonymity to renown, from insignificance to lasting significance. How did a child shunted to the margins end up revolutionizing his world? How did a merchant come to challenge the established order with a new vision of social justice? How did the pariah hounded out of Mecca turn exile into a new and victorious beginning? How did the outsider become the ultimate insider? Impeccably researched and thrillingly readable, Hazleton’s narrative creates vivid insight into a man navigating between idealism and pragmatism, faith and politics, nonviolence and violence, rejection and acclaim. The First Muslim illuminates not only an immensely significant figure but his lastingly relevant legacy.

Life is Like a Kite !

Our life is just like a kite. We want to fly in the sky. We want to look colorful and bright on the vast sky. We want to be compete, to go higher from all the kites present on the sky. Fall seems unknown when we touch sky. But still there are some people in our life who are trying to hold the thread of our kite so that our kite totally depend on them. There are some kites who don’t want to see us fly. These people try to rush towards us so that they can make us fall. This is the time when we are totally on the mercy of time. Where we are going to fall, we don’t know. Who is going to hold us again, what they will do; will support us in our achievements or throw us in garbage like a crap? Kite is our life and sky is our goal. We don’t know whether we will be able to fly again or not. Life is all about risks. Take risks go fly, compete, move and don’t ever try to think about future because future is always uncertain.

Life, Trials and karma

Life is all about trials, trials and till death we all gone through continuous trials. She, an ordinary girl, also faced all those trials, whatsoever, whenever, wherever she was, she altogether faced. Like every common girl, she dreamed for her life; set some certain ordinary goals, set up priorities, and let herself accordingly. Every night, when she off to her bed, she wished and prayed for a happy and bless full morning. Seasons comes and went; she kept on wending with the same stride, the same pace. She went against wind and weather; At times she would have huge riots amidst her heart and mind. Her heart would divulge her to cease and her mind would urge her to advance.  After so many ups and downs she faced in her life, she at all end give up. And kneels before LORD and cried, seek help. Her help was being listened  by her ALMIGHTY; she throw cold water on her burning desires, put her eyes closed, and sit to wait for her dreams to be comes true only by the well of her ALMIGHTY. But, what happened to her, which made her so much stressed, what was the tension she was being in, why she again got herself sleepless, all these unanswered question were strolling in her mind, her eyes start burning again. Although, she was she firm believer of KARMA; her values, her thoughts were always accordingly. She was bruised, but not broken. She know power of karma, that karma is unpredictable power. A mysterious part of life she went through; some mishaps, or good things occurred in her life. Something for sure happened with her, which creates uncertainty in her life. What was that?? Was that an untold, unpredictable trial she went through?  These all questions are still strolling in her mind..!

Love has again begun to look kindly upon me

The bird of my heart has again begun to flutter; the parrot of my soul has again begun to chew the sugar. My mad and drunken camel has again begun to rend the chain of reason. A drink of that incautious wine has begun to flow over my head and my eyes. The lion of the gaze, despite the dog of the Companions of the Cave, has again begun to drink my blood.

The water is flowing in this river; by the riverbank, the grass has again begun to shoot. The dawn breeze is blowing again in the garden; it has begun to blow over rose and rose bed. Love sold me for just only a single fault; Love’s heart burned, and has again begun to buy back. He drove me away; compassion came to him and called;

Love has again begun to look kindly upon me.

My enemy has seen that I am again with the Friend; he has begun to distress his hand of envy. My heart has escaped from the sting of fortune; it has again begun to creep into Love’s bosom. The tale-bearer brow making hints has begun to curve over that eye. When Love called my again heart towards Him, my heart began to flee from all creation.
Creatures are sticks; the blind man throws away the stick when he begins to see.
Creatures are like milk; the infant turns from milk when it has begun to digest viands.
The spirit is like a falcon taking wing, for it has again begun to hear the drum of the king.
Enough, for the veil of speech has again begun to spin a curtain around you.

The Encounter of Love is near

A hundred drums are being beaten within our hearts, the roar of which we shall hear tomorrow.
Cotton wool in the ear, hair in the eye—that is the anxiety for tomorrow, the subtle whisper of grief; Fling Love’s flame into this cotton wool, like.

Why do you keep fire and cotton wool together?

These two are very opposites to each other, and the opposite never survived.

Since the encounter of Love is near, be joyous of presence for the day of meeting.

For us, death is surely gladness and encounter; if for you it is an occasion of mourning, depart hence!

In as much as this present world is our prison, the ruining of prisons is surely a cause for joy.
He whose prison was so delightful—how shall be the court of Him who adorned the world?

Look not for constancy in this prison, for herein constancy itself never kept faith.

I am within the Soul

I am not a spy nor I am a scandal.I am the Purest Secret! Let me brag and leave me alone because I am drunk!

If a whiff of those drunkard’s breath penetrates the stone, even the stone would brag: “I am the Water of Life!” My whole being is like a bachelors house and all those drunkards are here together inside me.I am bewildered. am I really one of them?

or I, myself is them?!

Woww!!Whether I am of their congene or whether I am other than them, I don’t know and all I know is this, that I am within the Soul and the Garden!

One dawn !

O Soul-wise! you will not perish, you are beautiful from within.

you belong to the omnipotent.you are the perfect radiance of God!

You are certainly unseen, but, what have you seen from your own beauty?

One dawn, you will shine like the sun, only from within yourself!

How great is when a pure gold manifests its beauty and jewel-worth inside a fire.

Oh brother!

Do not run away from fire, what happens if you give it a try at least once?

I swear to God, it will not burn you, but, your face will be enlightened like gold and shine like dimond because you are from Ibrahim’s generation.because, you knew this well from before time!

Choice is yours

All of us find a part of life where we want to break rules; we want to violate everything, so it’s time to think why it is so? Do we spend most of our life time in a prison while our mouth a being shut, but despite sometimes we want to yell so that each and every person can listen to us, do we have spent our life in such a hard and fast rule that now we all are fed up to follow them? Yes these are the random parts of our life, the random clicks where we just wanted to be us and want to feel, to realize what we really want. Do we want to get free from all the sanctions that life is throwing at us or we want to live. Choice is yours, be free are be prison in which you really are.

It’s good to be grey.

It’s good to be grey. So we are getting grey, we have to say sorry to our all passions; the passion of being an unforgettable person, the passion of having someone in life and the passion of visiting any place. So this is the end of life when we turn grey. There is a difference in being grey and getting grey. Still we have time, be passionate. Go wherever you wanted to go in young age. Meet the old friends, do get together, say whatever you wanted to say to someone and never forget to have trust on you. Whatever the conditions, whatever the age is, be passionate. This life is too shot too be negative about something. Be young, be positive and make every part of age unforgettable. Think young, be young and look how it changes life.

true vision

Common folks would say, “Why the messenger appears sour faced and unpleasing?” The elect would say, “Oh People! Come down from the pear tree! To your eyes, he appears to be sour faced! But, come for once and see him through our eyes, so you may behold delight and laughter! ” That pear tree is a tree of Egoism…while you remain on top of that tree, you only see a thorn-yard, full of scorpions and snakes of anger…If you come down from that tree, your thoughts, eyes, and words, will no more be awry…you will see freely, a world filled with beauties and guardians…because of this humbleness shown by you in lowering yourself, God will bestow on your eyes, true vision

A lover at the presence of his beloved was recounting his services and works, saying: For your sake I did such and such…in that struggle, I suffered those arrows and spears…I lost my wealth…I lost my name…I lost my power…because of your love, I went under many misfortune…” The Beloved replied, “Listen well and understand! You did all that…but, all you did is secondary! You did not do what is the root of root of Love and Faithfulness!” The lover asked, “What is that root?” The Beloved replied, “ It is to become nothing and to be naught…you did many things, but, you are still alive!…Become naught, if you are a self-sacrificing friend!
